Do you only recover accident-damaged vehicles?
Yes, we specialize exclusively in accident recovery. We do not provide roadside assistance for mechanical breakdowns, flat batteries, or running out of fuel. Our service is specifically for vehicles involved in collisions, impact damage, or fire.
What happens to my vehicle after recovery?
Your vehicle will be transported to one of our secure, insurance-approved storage facilities. These facilities are monitored 24/7 with CCTV and physical security. Your vehicle remains safe until it's assessed by an engineer or collected by your chosen repairer.
Can I choose where my vehicle is repaired?
Absolutely. We are independent and not tied to any specific body shop. You have the right to choose your own repairer, and we'll work with them to ensure your vehicle is delivered safely.
